We have a renovated barn on our property we use as an event venue. We have a beautiful outdoor area for weddings and events with a peaceful garden including a firepit. Inside our barn we have a private guest suite with a queen bed and bathroom. There is a private entrance to the suite. In the main barn area we have sleep comfort bedding we can bring in to accommodate more guest. We have a full size and two very comfortable twin mattresses. We have a full kitchen with a washer/dryer. We have an outdoor grill, horseshoe pit, swings and a peaceful sitting area. We are dubbed the biking capital of the world. We are just a few miles away from the Northwest Arkansas Razorback Regional Greenway Bike Trail. However we have people who bike right from our property to the trails. We see people biking on our road daily. We just a few minutes away from Crystal Bridges Museum. We are only 40 minutes from beautiful Eureka Springs. Our property is in a country setting. We have farm animals on site that we love. Our Guest love them as well. Our barn is very versatile and can suit almost any solo traveler up to larger groups. Pricing for event venue is done privately. On Sunday's a small church utilizes the main barn area for a few hours. If you plan to book with us over a Sunday, please be aware the MAIN barn area only will be utilized for the church. You are welcome to join! Hope to see you soon!

We travel a lot for missionary work. Renting our barn helps us to be able to do this. We have three grown sons and 5 grandchildren with a grand daughter on the way!

We are in a private setting off of the highway on what was once a small farm. We still have chickens, ducks and pigs. People come from all over the world to bike in our area. We are in close proximity to the bike trails and Crystal Bridges Museum.
