My husband and I have lived in Fairbanks most our lives and now we are able to raise our daughter here. You can find us outdoors, enjoying all Alaska has to offer! This has been a wonderful place to call home! Thanks for looking at our beautiful home and please reach out with any inquiries!

The deck space next to the large spacious yard builds a private area to enjoy your group, Aurora, or the Midnight Sun without interruption. The best part is being in a hot tub while doing.

The views alone for this property whether you are sitting on the couch sipping your morning coffee or standing on the deck looking out at the river will take your breath away.
