This is a great basement guest suite with it's own private entrance. Full kitchen with everything you'll need to cook at home, if you prefer. You have access to a large grass area in the backyard, great for stretching your legs. Plus there's a hot tub that available for relaxing at the end of a long day or hike. There is one private parking space available for guests, and additional parking is free street parking in front of the property. Quick access to the freeway, only 5 minutes from the property, making it easy to tour around and get to where you want to be.

We also love to stay at short term rentals when traveling, so we've tried to include everything that we can to make your stay as convenient and cozy as possible. The lighthouse name is part of a developing theme for the basement guest suite, focusing on lighthouse and maritime decor, colors, and accents. Quiet, nice neighborhood in South Provo. Just 10 minutes from BYU, UVU, and downtown Provo. Minutes from restaurants, mall, movie theater, shopping, etc. Just 15 minutes from Provo Canyon and 20 minutes from Sundance Mountain Resort. Close to hiking trails, including Rock Canyon that has thousands of rock climbing sport and trad routes. 15 minutes from Utah Lake State Park, which is perfect for water sports, fishing, and strolling along the Provo Riverwalk
