This bright, one-story bungalow boasts the best sunsets from its east-side locale but is less than ten miles from the wineries and restaurants in the north. When you're not out on the town or the lake, enjoy some quiet time on the spacious furnished deck. Cook up something tasty inside the bright, full kitchen, and then bring your plates to the open-air dining table for an alfresco meal. You can also use the gas grill to sizzle up some barbecue. Fire up the gas fire pit for ambiance in the evening. You'll love the home's cozy atmosphere with comfortable furnishings and turquoise accents. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with smart TVs so you can stream your favorite movie or show (with your own login credentials). A sofa bed is provided in the living area for the convenience of extra room. Remember to watch the magnificent display of the sun dipping below the lake and then enjoy some friendly banter around the wood-burning fire pit on the beach. THINGS TO KNOW -Guests must climb an exterior flight of stairs to access this home. -Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor and will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
