We are a small organic farm in Westmore Vermont surrounded by state forest trails on Mount Pisgah and Wheeler Mnt We are 1 mile from famous Lake Willoughby. Our 26 organic acres are private with outstanding views of mountains and our own deep spring fed swimming kayaking pond. Our cabin is off grid We provide drinking water and have two compostable toilets. We do not provide bedding or linens so bring your own. There is outdoor cooking on a fire pit we have horses on the premises that may visit you at the cabin ! Lots of wildlife and stunning scenery and utter privacy The area abounds with nature activities and farmers markets. We are close to the famous Bread and Puppet home farm which Hosts festivities and workshops Plenty of great places to eat hike bike boat and enjoy the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We are happy to advise you of great places things happening in the area
Sallie has operated Greenhope Farm since 1984 in nearby Walden Vt She is a horsewoman and organic farmer. She enjoys children and will give riding experiences to children in our safe riding ring
Very quiet peaceful neighborhood We ask you to moderate noise as sound travels even if it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. It’s very safe here. We never need to lock doors. Our road is a dirt road with sparse travel. The cabin has a private drive and a short walk. We are off grid. Bring flashlights and other camping type equipment
