The open-concept living area features a contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a granite island with seating for four, and all the cooking essentials you need. The living room sofas convert into a queen and a twin pullout bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Guests will also enjoy air conditioning, cable TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi for comfort and connectivity. The private bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, offering a peaceful space to unwind after a day outdoors. Step out onto the balcony to take in scenic views of the East Pemigewasset River and Loon Mountain’s South Peak — and wake up to the calming sound of the water flowing below. Your stay includes full access to the resort’s year-round amenities, such as an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and a family-friendly game room. In warmer months, guests can enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool, BBQ area, and picnic space. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available onsite. Resort amenities are open Sunday through Thursday from 9am to 9pm, and Friday through Saturday from 9am to 10pm. You'll be in the heart of the White Mountains. Walking distance to Main Street with lots of restaurants and shopping. Loon Mountain is only 1.3 miles away. Within driving 30 minutes driving distance to Waterville Vally, Cannon Mountain, Franconia Notch, Flume Gorge and lots of hiking trails. Drive along Route 112 for exhilarating foliage.
