The home's open interior is vibrantly colorful with coastal wall art. The group's chef will have everything they need to prepare a picnic in the lovely well-equipped kitchen. If after a full day of surf and sand, all you want to do is cool off in the central A/C, the plush sofa is just the place to relax in front of the big, wall-mounted cable TV. For your additional convenience, a rollaway bed is available in the primary bedroom's closet. Nearby, explore many parks such as Padre Balli Park and Mustang Island State Park. For great sightseeing opportunities, head to the Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve and the South Texas Botanical Gardens & Nature Center. A full-size sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping options. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
