My place is a comfortable and functional private room, ideal for both business and leisure stays. It is located in a very central area, with easy access to the main attractions of the city, as well as services, shops and public transport. The room includes a cozy bed, TV, fast Wi‑Fi, wardrobe and a private bathroom with hot and cold water. The kitchen has a two‑burner stove, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster and a large fridge, so you can prepare your meals and feel at home. Pets are not allowed. Maximum 2 guests and 1 vehicle. The space is only for rest and residential use: business activities, receiving clients and any illegal activities (including prostitution or sexual exploitation) are not allowed. Smoking or using drugs is prohibited inside the room. Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. For security, the property has video surveillance cameras only in the outdoor areas and around the perimeter of the house.

The neighborhood is well connected, with quick access to I‑275, and it takes around 10–15 minutes by car to reach downtown Tampa and the airport. There are several restaurants, food chains, supermarkets, shops and gas stations nearby, which makes everyday life very convenient. The location is also convenient for visiting attractions such as Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, as well as other points of interest in the city.
