**Please note:** The road leading to the property is maintained by **Georgia Forestry, Georgia Power, and the Lula Lake Land Trust**. It is a mountain road, and good driving is essential to navigate it. Once you reach the top, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking views and the serene beauty of the mountain. A truly unforgettable destination. The whole home, yard, firepit, and deck are available for your use. Please be mindful of the wildlife in this area while driving up to this beautiful home. Remember, we are guests in their habitat—respect nature and treat it with care!

Since 1994, LLLT has helped conserve 12,000 acres while owning over 3,500 acres across Lookout Mountain, GA. The Core Preserve, established in 1994, contains 850 acres of conserved land.
