Offering partial ocean view, this Very Classy and comfortably accommodated studio is located in the heart of Brickell fitting up to 6 guests. The unit was fully remodeled and designed for guests to feel right at home while ensuring they enjoy a resort style environment. The condominium is steps from multiple restaurants, bars and shops and offers amazing amenities such as two large pools, jacuzzi, game room, kids' room steam rooms and a fully equipped gym. There is free parkin available inside the condominium's garage and the building's Social Room can be rented to host parties and/or gatherings.
The Apartment is walking distance to restaurants offering direct ocean view. Local grocery and liquor stores are walking distance from the condominium. Fine dining restaurants surround the condominium and Brickell City Center, located steps away offers all brands for shopping while also offering entertainment. Bars and nightclubs are step away and as hosts we have created a welcome book with detailed information on all the local attractions, shops, entertainment facilities, sightseeing and more for our guests to be aware of all this city has to offer.
