We are Wasatch Vacation Homes. We are a small, family-run business and we take pride in our guests comfort and satisfaction. We will try everything within reason to make our guests feel like they are at home in our vacation rentals. Our listings are up-front and honest, and we have no hidden fees whatsoever (this is rare in our industry). We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay is not exactly as you want it, we are available 24 hours a day and we live nearby. We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, one self-inflating twin bed kit, and a baby stroller on request free of charge. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost twenty-five dollars per stay. Please request these additional items ahead of time in order to guarantee their availability, as any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.

The Vélo Grand Condo is the perfect balance of luxury, affordability, and chic urban living in a safe and walkable area of downtown Salt Lake City.  It is located near Salt Lake City's famous Library Square, and has lots interesting cafes, restaurants, and attractions that are nearby.  There is a trolley stop about a block from the condo which can take you to any of the attractions in Salt Lake City within a few minutes. Travelers looking for modern amenities will love the rooftop patio with it's oversized hot tub, fireplace, comfortable lounge chairs, and breathtaking views of the snow-capped Rocky Mountains.  If you'd rather stay inside, thee is an indoor movie theater on site that screens free movies from time to time, or you can reserve the whole theater if you'd prefer to do a private movie screening.  There is also a large 24-hour fitness center that has plenty of cardio machines, free weights, and cable machines that will satisfy even the most avid exercise enthusiast.

Neighborhood info

There is an inexpensive trolley line right out in front of the building that will take you almost anywhere in the valley. This home is very close to several of the bus stops as well. You can look up either of their schedules online (Airbnb prevents us from putting internet links in this section so we can't provide them). Look up "Trax" for the train schedule.
