This home is nestled in a quiet and serene neighborhood that is easy access to all of Dallas best shopping and attractions! **Upon arrival we have a Pre Checkin Procedure that requires Fully refundable security deposit and a signed rental agreement. PETS: half of deposit is Non-Refundable. if pet is not identified on reservation or discussed with host, entire deposit will be forfeited. *** This is a duplex home. You do have your own private entrance and have the entire home to yourself. We do own the attached duplex next door, So we are familiar with who is coming and going at all times. **We do ask if you remove shoes while in property and keep shoes off carpets to preserve their quality** * Each of our properties is thoughtfully stocked with a starter supply of essential items to ensure a smooth and comfortable check-in experience. Guests are responsible for replenishing any additional items needed during their stay. Please Make sure all guest are accounted for on the reservation. Non-authorized guest will be charged additional fees
