Make your friends jealous! The property is within walking distance to the Empire Polo Field and Music Festivals. This is the home you were looking for!You’ll love this peaceful, cozy home overlooking sparkling pool. Kitchen with granite countertops and recently updated appliances, private fenced yard with beautiful trees. RV parking.
The property is within biking distance to the Empire Polo Field and Music Festivals. Beautiful family neighborhood of Indio, the city of Festivals. Located within biking distance to the famous Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private fully fenced back yard offering quiet relaxation by the sparkling private pool. 4 bedrooms with a combination of king and queen size beds in each bedroom. 2 full bathrooms. Spacious and well equipped kitchen and dining area.You are surrounded by a golf communities, take a morning walk to Starbucks, or just stroll the streets. You will be greeted by other early rising joggers, bicyclists and dog walkers. Grocery shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, hair/nail salon, dry cleaning, anything you might need is within walking distance. Indian Wells, La Quinta and Palm Desert are all a couple of miles away and each has great shopping and dining.
