Our properties offer the traveller comfortable accommodations with attention to details that makes a vacation rental a great one. Comfy beds and bedding. Tv's in living and bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor living spaces. Easy access and parking.
We moved to Asheville in 2018 to be near our adult children and their extended families after vacationing here for years. The beautiful mountain landscape is a blessing to view and enjoy everyday. We moved here to retire however you can't take the hosting experience out of the hosts. After being in the hotel industry for over 30 years, we have figured out a few things. Everyone wants clean accommodations, that's a given. Some guests want attention and others don't, so we are as hands on or off as you want. Details are what makes our vacation rentals stand out among the others and lastly, location, location,location! We gotcha covered on all these.
Candler has not been incorporated into Asheville but its close proximity to all Asheville has to offer is its plus. 15-20 minutes from pretty much all Asheville has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil.
