Raised in Manatee County, love the area and everything about it. Sharing our detached guest home brings us pleasure.

Property info

Bungalow on the Manatee River. Everything is included. Water, electric, lawn service, internet all you need is your fishing pole. The best way to schedule your monthly expenses. Shared pool and dock access all utilities provided including wifi. Freshly painted close to I 75 and bus lines. New kitchen, granite counters. Completely furnished or unfurnished. Small pets welcomed. Don't forget your boat, paddle board or canoe. Golf cart rentals available, boat or jet boat rentals available. Close to I-75, 8 miles from Bradenton Beaches, River walk, restaurants, Manatee players theatre, shopping, bus lines, gulf Island ferry

Neighborhood info

The Manatee River Bungalow is located directly on the manatee river. You have a private dock to watch the sun come up and the glow from the sunsets. You also have the ability to use your own boat or have the boat share companies bring you one or a jet ski. If there are rocket launches on a clear day during your stay, they are simply breath taking. Be on the lookout for dolphins and other sea life right from the dock. Take a stroll or bike ride along the Manatee River to the river walk. Saturdays enjoy the farmers market located within biking distance or a golf cart ride. Bus lines are available to take you downtown or to the beach.
