Welcome to Maple Hill Farm. Dennis and Roberta have hosted guests at the farm for over 35 years. Our guests have come from all over the world and we welcome all and make sure they are comfortable. Our guests can choose from 4 delicious home made breakfasts and the best coffee in the area. Our children grew up here swimming in Little Lake Sunapee, skiing at Mt. Sunapee and making Maple Hill Farm the gathering place for all their friends. We enjoy traveling, hiking, our organic garden, flower gardens and taking care of our chickens, cows and pigs.

Property info

It is an understatement to say that our bed and breakfast inn in New London is in a beautiful setting. The surroundings are reminiscent of a Currier and Ives print. In fact, Maple Hill Farm has made the entire area a very comfortable, low-key, and idyllic place to stay in New Hampshire. Additionally, our affordable farmhouse inn is the only lodging facility in the vicinity where you’ll find a variety of farm animals such as cows, chickens, and sometimes pigs. However, we do not allow visitors’ pets in the rooms. If you want to stay busy while you’re visiting, there is a lot to do. We provide lake accommodations and access so our lodgers can use the Town of New London beaches for swimming. Other outdoor activities available for your participation in the area include golfing, hiking, and skiing. Are you planning a special event? There’s no reason to settle for a traditional event hall or community center when you can have your celebration at Maple Hill Farm. We provide services for small weddings and family reunions.

Neighborhood info

Maple Hill Farm is at the center of the New London/Lake Sunapee area. There's 4 golf courses within 15 minutes of the Inn, 2 ski areas and 3 lakes for swimming, boating and fishing. Colby Sawyer College and Proctor Academy are minutes away. Dartmouth College in Hanover is 25 minutes away along with the Montshire Children's Museum. There's plenty of back roads to find covered bridges, rivers and streams and of course the famous rock walls that mark New Hampshire's farms.
