The galley kitchen is any chef's dream with its gas range, Bosch dishwasher, granite countertops, and garbage disposal. Steps away, the condo's sleeping quarters include one primary bedroom with a luxury Saatva mattress and an en suite bathroom, as well as one additional guest room with a swivel rocker reading chair and USB and AC ports. The bathrooms include glass showers, a deep soaking tub, and heated flooring. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
