The minimum age of the oldest person should be 35 and good reviews are important, but I make exceptions. This a great place for family and mature friends to gather, but not a party house. Parties will result in immediate eviction, no refund for the remaining days and a charge for any cleaning beyond the normal cleaning fee. Boston Marathon guests must arrive on at least the Friday of the weekend prior.

It receives praise from visitors due to its quaint downtown within walking distance, restaurants and a Whole Foods supermarket. There are two parks within 200 feet. The Middlesex Fells, within .25 miles, is a large (2,575 acre/4 sq mi) forested area containing a wealth of natural, cultural and recreational resources. There is hiking, mountain biking, kayak and canoe rental, and an offleash dog park.
