My wife Jill and I own 5 gulf front properties in Panama City Beach & one river front home in Two Rivers, WI. We frequently travel down to enjoy the beach. We have personally decorated each of the homes with a coastal flair & take great pride in ownership. We have two pups (Oliver and Casper) who travel with us. Central downtown location within walking distance to UAB Campus & Hospital & all of the wonderful restaurants & shops within the historic district! Stunning rooftop patio provides an incredible panoramic view of the Magic City lights at night & the iconic Vulcan Statue. Brand new unit boasts a beautiful modern kitchen, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, fast wifi, & a gorgeous bath! Very cool brick & iron wall. Dog friendly!

Mercantile Loft is located in Mercantile on Morris which is in a very walkable hip downtown location. It is set in an industrial building with an eclectic courtyard area and roof top terrace to view the city. Several popular restaurants are located within the building including Pizza Grace, The Essential, and Canella Gelato.
