Lovingly renovated to capture a piece of old-time charm, our tiny house features a full kitchen, private bathroom, loft bed and a personal futon sofa. Great for small families and romantic getaways! 10 mins from Miami International Airport, less than 30 min from Miami Beach, Wynwood Art District and Cuban culture hub Little Havana. 2 mins walk from Hialeah Hospital. Great for nurses, medical students and health professionals!
Friendly and safe neighborhood of mostly Latinx heritage families. Our property is near schools, markets (CVS, Publix, Wal-Mart), food stores and gas station, and with access to Hialeah Hospital (walking distance). Somewhat walkable. General stores, pharmacies and markets in walking distance. Safe, family-friendly neighborhood of mostly cuban and latinx population. Some vehicular transit. Best way to get around is by renting a vehicle or using ride-share such as Uber or Lyft.
