Location is EVERYTHING! Perched above a big lake, far back from the road - this condo enjoys amazing privacy and an outstanding location within the club. The welcoming front patio leads you to A large 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There is updated tile flooring throughout, enhanced lighting, and window treatments. A large patio runs the length of the unit with beautiful lake views. The master suite has a slider to this patio, a big shower, dual vanity, and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the unit with a bath in between. Desert Princess is a full-service club that offers every country club amenity from the sports courts, golf, and fitness to social activities and clubs. There is a full-service restaurant and bar on the property and members can easily access the full-service hotel connected to the community.
