Enjoy your day at Cedar Point or Put - in- Bay. Then, retreat to the solitude of Millsite. We've got plenty of space to enjoy family and friends. But, also plenty of space to get away and enjoy a good book or go fishing for Rainbow Trout in the Cold Creek almost 1 mile of creek at the back of our property. Don't forget about our vintage bicycles. Take a tour around the property on a 1970's tandem. Plan a family reunion and rent out the entire property. We can sleep a total of 25 guests at Millsite Exclusive. We can even host weddings for the entire weekend. We have a patio that will hold up to 300 people. My husband and I have been married for 39 years this May (high school sweethearts). We have three children and seven grandchildren. I taught 1st and 2nd grade for 20 years. Millsite has been the perfect transition from teaching. I get to meet wonderful people. I get to share the rich history behind Millsite. And, I do my best to make your get away truly memorable and relaxing! I especially love to watch families gather together and just hang out; whether they are playing corn hole, or hide-n-go seek around the big old Sycamore trees, it's the simple pleasures of life that make me smile.

Lake Erie Shores and Islands is most famous for Cedar Point Amusement Park. However, there is so much more to see and do. We have three water parks, Kalahari being the biggest. Sports City is the areas newest attraction with baseball fields and an indoor sports venue that is second to none. Of course we have Lake Erie and the Island tours. And we can't forget about downtown Sandusky. It is gaining in popularity with numerous restaurants and bars. If you like history, Milan, Ohio is just 15 miles away with Thomas Edison's birthplace or Fremont has Hayes Memorial. Birder's enjoy this neck of the woods, especially the first two weeks in May; as the song birds migrate to Canada. You can be as busy as you want...or just relax and enjoy our rippling stream.
