WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE - 2BR/2BA condo (St. Moritz floorplan) with plenty of space to relax. Brand new double deck (7' x 14') installed in Aug. 2023! Spacious condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are large windows to enjoy the view of the beautiful slopes and mountain terrain from the kitchen and living areas. This is one of the only 6 "St. Moritz" units in the building with a wood-burning fireplace. This unit is beautifully remodeled and has 230 square feet more than the other 2BR units. The kitchen is well-appointed with dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, a drip coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, etc., so you can prepare your own meals. The kitchen table seats six. The building’s free wi-fi is accessible in this unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, 25” cable TV, and a DVD player. The master bedroom also has its own private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and 19” cable TV. All of the mattresses in this unit have been replaced this year (2022). There is a 2nd full bathroom off of the hallway. The sofa in the living room has a pull-out bed, and there is a large-screen TV. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located by the elevators.
