The house is situated on an acre of land. There are no adjacent neighbors and the back yard is next to dozens of acres of open land. There is plenty of on site parking for trucks, trailers and OHV's. The rural nature of our neighborhood adds to the open space around our house. Fantastic views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal mountains abound.
We have lived in Moab for over 20 years. We have worked in the outdoor guiding and aviation industries. We can provide you with whatever information you need to make your Moab adventure happen. Our knowledge of the local trails, climbing areas, rivers and mountains is extensive.
A rural neighborhood with lots of open space. 7 miles South of downtown Moab. Easy access from HWY 191. There are no neighbors adjacent to this property. A large private back yard with great views of the mountains and red rock.
