This stylish, top-floor condo offers a comfortable and spacious stay, ideal for families, couples, and small groups. The property features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area, and a large screened porch furnished with a sofa, two loveseat chairs, and a coffee table. The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Families traveling with young children are welcome and will appreciate the Graco Pack ’n Play with a premium mattress and a baby swing. Guests can enjoy the community swimming pool, private parking in front of the building (unassigned spaces), and a dedicated laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, spices, and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea. Pets are welcome with prior owner approval. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are limited to small pets (maximum 20 lbs). An extra pet fee per stay applies and is payable directly to the owner. Located just 3 miles from the beach, the condo offers walking-distance access to restaurants and a grocery store, as well as nearby outlet shopping, making it an easy and relaxing home base for your stay.

Our goal is to provide a clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained home where guests of all ages can relax and feel at ease. Families with children and pets are welcome. Guests will have full access to the apartment, with the exception of a locked hallway closet and a few personal items reserved for the owner. We are responsive, attentive, and always available to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Our condo is located in a quiet, safe, and well-maintained neighborhood, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Guests enjoy walking-distance access to trendy restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops, making it easy to explore the area without driving. The beautiful beaches are just a 3-mile drive away, and a bus stop only a 2-minute walk from the building provides convenient public transportation. Nature lovers will appreciate access from behind the community to the Junction & Breakwater Trail, a scenic 6-mile trail connecting Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, ideal for walking, running, and biking. Guests can also enjoy the community swimming pool, open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Popular dining options within walking distance include Fins Ale House, Agave, The Diner, and many other local favorites. Everyday essentials are easily accessible at nearby Safeway, Walgreens, and Giant. Clean, peaceful, and welcoming, this neighborhood offers the ease and charm of coastal living—perfect for a relaxing getaway or an active seaside escape.
