Welcome to The Charlotte, a quiet escape from the busy world, located on 6+ acres, 13 min from downtown Nashville. Perfect for remote workers or a few nature-lovers, we can’t wait to have you. Enjoy a retreat-like vibe immersed in nature and convenience. Up in the woods with a killer view, you’ll forget you’re 3 miles from Target, Dollar General and a myriad of shopping. Take a hike in the woods, get lost in a book on the deck or head a few miles down the street to kayak the Harpeth River.
