“It was very convenient to Silver Dollar City. It was close enough to all the attractions on the main street of branson but not too close. Area was secluded but just in the right spot. I would recommend!”

A ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLAR pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. • A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. • The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
