You and your family will absolutely love this small cozy home located in beauitful Citrus Park. Home is located in a great area on Upper Tampa bay trail. Great area for bike riding, hiking, jogging, or for a nature walk with your pets. All major stores and restaurants just minutes away, and even your pets will love their stay in this fenced in backyard home.
THE AREA: Citrus Park area is in close proximities of anything you will ever want or need. Walking distance to Mall, restaurants, bars, Arcade, Go-Karting, Laser-tag, and even dog parks for your fur babies! Home is located off Veterans Expressway, which gets you easy access anywhere 12 minutes to Tampa International Airport 15 Minutes to Raymond James Stadium 20 minutes away from Busch Gardens 40 minutes away to famous Clearwater beaches
