Welcome! Our property is on a very quiet side street with no neighbors on either side. Bella Vista is very hilly and our property is no different. It sits well below street level. There is a safe parking spot on the left of the driveway. Feel free to park on the street as well. Take note of the very steep driveway. We strongly suggest you do not attempt to park in the carport as many find it intimidating. We think that it's a best place for bikes and extras you bring with you. The main entrance and electronic keypad is located through the carport. There are security camera's at front and back doors.

We love the area for its access to Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville and all the surrounding lakes and golf courses. Our home sits right on Tunnel Vision trail! We are big hikers and bikers and love the options in Bella Vista. I came for bike vacation several years ago and loved it.

Bella Vista is the quieter neighborhood to Bentonville. Enjoy peaceful rest on the back patio, open trails out the back door, Tanyard creek for lovely short hike, especially charming during spring when falls are roaring. Restaurants and entertainment are more scarce keeping the area quiet and homey. However, the BV Bar and Grill is one of our favorites and just down the street! Don't hesitate to inquire about other local favorites in BV and the Bentonville area. Blowing Springs is a real gem with a creek trickling out of a cave offering a cool break from summer heat. April - October the Gear Garden is open with local beers served out of a shipping crate, often with food trucks and music on weekends. Hiking there is great with short, manageable sections that can be stacked for larger treks. Bikers will love the loops that extend across the mountain for larger jumps and faster rides! Stay tuned for Arkansas' first BIKE LIFT just north of highway 49! Of course, Walmart's are everywhere. Don't miss Walmart museum for facts, fun about Sam Walton, including a halogram of Sam who answers questions from the crowd and stop by The Spark for ice cream! Please ask about bike shops, best routes, times and places to ride, golf, etc! Also, Bella Vista has 5 recreation centers, several pools, a few spots for lake swimming and a brand new golf range including a golf simulator. We can obtain guest passes for you while you are here!
