Escape to a welcoming 2-bedroom condo in High Point. This cool space features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed with upscale amenities perfect for a wonderful stay. Enjoy all the conveniences like AC, heating, ceiling fans, fast WiFi, washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen with top notch essentials. The bathroom includes a jetted shower with an exhilarating rain shower/waterfall option, towel warmer and a hair dryer for your comfort. The living room boasts a 65" TV with surround sound and reclining sofa while the bedrooms each have 55" TV's. Step out to the rear patio for some R&R and cozy up to the Fire Table or do a little grilling. Want to go for a swim then just walk across the parking lot to the clubhouse! Perfect for HPU guests, visiting loved ones at nearby hospital, Furniture Market guests or a romantic getaway. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
Nice neighborhood, walking distance to tons of shopping and restaurants. The property is in a large cluster of attached units but this is an end unit and nobody above or below. The property is located of a busy street so traffic noise is possible as well as slight noise from adjoining unit. There's a wonderful swimming pool open seasonally just across the parking lot.
