Located within minutes from downtown San Antonio, the theme parks, the Pearl and Lackland AFB, the Modern Tiny Barn is comfortably situated as a guest house to my main home. It has its own private entrance and small yard. The property was built recently and blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a peaceful escape amidst urban convenience. It is approximately 600 sq feet and has a loft upstairs with a queen size bed and plenty of storage space with an accent chair so you can peer out from the second story window. Downstairs you will find living space, a full kitchen and bathroom. The sofa is a queen size comfortable sofa bed for additional guests. Wifi is included along with all the main streaming services. In the kitchen you'll find all utensils and standard cooking equipment that one needs to make a home cooked meal. The bathroom is a shower (no tub) with sink and toilet with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairdryer and iron. There is also an outdoor porch and outdoor seating with a chiminea.
