Hi! We're Jax and Julio. After more than twenty years of city life, we traded traffic and deadlines for towering pines, mountain sunsets, and a dream of creating the kind of place we always wished existed. Mountain Daddies isn't a hotel. It's our home, and we love sharing it with travelers from all walks of life. As a married gay couple, we believe the best hospitality is personal. We live on the property, prepare breakfast each morning, greet every guest when they arrive, help with luggage, share our favorite local spots, and genuinely enjoy getting to know the people who stay with us. When we're not hosting, you'll usually find us exploring the Sierra, trying new recipes in the kitchen, working on the property, or spending time with our two dogs. We hope that by the time you leave, you'll feel less like you've stayed at a bed & breakfast and more like you've spent a few days with friends.
