Providing Two suites rented together. They have Separate entrances with the hotub, table, and fire between. Perfect for two families or couples! Or parents and kids. Attached to a little Italian restaurant but with no worries about privacy or noise! Also can't beat the beautiful mountain views!
I am fairly new only a couple years in with renting but love to provide a nice clean space for all visitors to see what we have to offer in this small area. I love spending the most time with my grandkids and love when families come together in this little home to do the same!
Located in the center of town of Wilmington close to everything! Connected to a restaurant/bar for dine in or takeout. Visitors bureau, library, thrift shop are just across the street and gas station/market/ liquor store just walking distance down the road.
