Welcome! Extremely spacious(1000sqft) private guesthouse near midtown/downtown Phoenix. Your space will provide you all the amenities of home including a full kitchen,fridge,gas stove, dishwasher and full size washer/dryer! Enjoy a meal at the counter dining area for 4. Lounge on the cloud sofa for a movie. The huge bedroom is furnished with high end king bed, 2 twin beds, quality linens and desk workspace. The ductless AC system and ceiling fans cools both rooms colder than you could desire.

Safe, upscale, peaceful and family friendly neighborhood in the heart of Phoenix. Very close to downtown and the airport. Very easy highway access to get anywhere in the valley! Walking distance to the Fairgrounds! We are right across from the golf course! There are 4 bus stops within walking distance that will take you anywhere you need to go in Phoenix. Uber and lyft ridesharing apps can take you anywhere you need to go. We are conveniently located near major routes to get anywhere in the valley efficiently.
