Property info

Airy and bright fresh remodel (October 2021) from top to bottom. This second floor, 800+ sq ft, 2 bed 1 bath unit features all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The neighborhood is well manicured with mature trees and lot's of green space all around. You are conveniently located close to I-17 Highway access to get anywhere around the valley. There is one assigned parking spot and plenty of street parking directly in front of the unit. Welcome home and stay as long as you like!

Neighborhood info

This is an apartment neighborhood complex with similar 4 plexes throughout. The neighborhood is lush and has large green vegetation unlike most Phoenix neighborhoods. The neighborhood is safe, families occupy many of the residences surrounding, children are regularly playing around the neighborhood. Overall the neighborhood would be considered "blue collar" . We have never encountered any problems. Convenient Phoenix location, rental car recommended. Bus stops are within walking distance. Near highway to get anywhere in the valley.
