The Chalet is a SPACIOUS 3200 sq. ft. 6BR/3BA home with outdoor HOT TUB, 2 fireplaces, 1 XL kitchen, hardwood & tile floors, cathedral & vaulted ceilings, central AC, pool table, air hockey table, foosball, TVs, washer & dryer. SLEEPS 14 (including children). The decks overlook the wooded property on 1/2 acre of land. It is a perfect home for family gatherings and is kid friendly with a crib, pack-n-play & high chair. - All Guests must be at least 30 years of age, unless accompanied by their parents/guardians. - *** NO GROUPS or PARTIES. - Arrowhead Lake Community Association s a gated community and has required HOA costs for Registration, Gate Cards per car and Temporary Membership per person. - THE COSTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALCA, ADDITIONAL AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE HOUSE RENTAL. - Hosts up to 14 MAX. Hello, my name is Ricky and I’m a designer from NJ. I grew up in upstate NY, lived in NYC for 15 years then moved to Maplewood with my family. We have family in the Poconos and love enjoying what every season has to offer, but in the summer we also love to travel. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do and feel like is your home away from home! Interesting fact: I was a professional actor for a decade while performing in two Broadway National Tours and 40 + shows! We have been dreaming for years of owning a place of our own in the Poconos, close to our family. We waited until had the opportunity to purchase a home in the amazing Arrowhead Lake community. I didn't go on many vacations as a child and now I get to share this beautiful home and community with my family, friends and new guests we hope will come back every year to share in all that the Poconos has to offer. We are truly blessed and hope you get the same feeling we do every time we return. Please note: the property is on a resort and guests must sign a lease after booking. - Pools open on weekends starting Memorial Day - June 21.
