Late Check-out Policy: Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be pre-approved. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 charge for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM to accommodate our tight housekeeping schedules.

Occupancy & Guests

Maximum Occupancy: To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, the maximum occupancy varies depending on the specific suite you select. Please refer to your individual room details for the exact guest limit. All occupancy limits are strictly enforced and are inclusive of children over two years of age.

Guest Limits: Only guests explicitly listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. We are legally required to adhere to space occupancy limits and report total guest counts to the state. Unapproved extra guests are not permitted.

Local Reservations: Reservations from guests residing within the same city are not allowed without prior authorization. Please contact us directly if you are booking from within the city.

Age Restrictions: Alcoholic consumption is strictly prohibited for any guest under the age of 21.

Property Policies

Zero Tolerance for Parties/Events: Parties, events, and commercial photography/videography (without written consent) are strictly prohibited.

Strictly Smoke-Free: Smoking, vaping, and the use of marijuana or illegal drugs are prohibited everywhere on the property, including porches and shared spaces. A $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged for any violations of the smoking policy.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and other guests. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Illegal Activities: Prostitution, possession of firearms, and any other illegal activities are strictly forbidden.

Families with Children

Guests traveling with families are welcome. Please remember that your total guest count, inclusive of children over two years of age, must not exceed the maximum occupancy for your specific suite. A pack-n-play travel crib, sheets, and mattress protectors are available in the closet for your convenience. Please note that the premises are not child-proofed, and we do not provide child locks, gates, or monitors. If you use the travel crib, please leave it visible upon checkout so our team can sanitize it.

Pet Policy & Service Animals

Due to severe owner allergies, this property maintains a strict No Pet policy. Guests requiring a service animal must provide notice at the time of booking so that the relevant service animal regulations can be furnished separately.

Amenities & Services

Consumables: We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and coffee/tea. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items during their stay as needed.

Internet: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Please note that service can occasionally be erratic due to factors beyond our control. We cannot provide technical support or issue refunds for internet service disruptions.

Maintenance: If an advertised amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable (provided we are properly notified). Refunds are not issued for improper use by guests.

Parking & Security

Parking: Guests must park only in designated areas. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the guest's expense. Street parking is at your own risk; always park in the direction of traffic and avoid fire hydrants/no-parking zones.

Security: For your safety, exterior cameras actively monitor the parking and arrival areas only. We also utilize a 3rd-party monitoring company for critical safety systems. Tampering with, deactivating, or altering smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, temperature monitors, or exterior cameras is strictly prohibited.

Locking Up: Please ensure all windows and doors are fully shut and locked when leaving. The front door will automatically lock after several minutes when fully closed.

There is no need to strip the beds; our housekeeping team will handle the linens!

If you are willing to take any excess trash out to the designated dumpster upon departure, we would be incredibly grateful.

By booking a reservation, you agree to comply with all House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
