This cozy house has the best location. It is located close to restaurants, grocery stores, activities…..etc. In the back yard it is all nature. Located on a canal with access to kayaking or during manatee season just pulling up a chair and watch the manatee sleep. The house is fenced in the front providing ample room for children and pets to play.
