With room for up to 16 people, close beach access, a private hot tub, and ocean views, this home is ideal for your next vacation! This abode's location is super convenient for beach-goers and adventurers. Access to the beautiful Pacific is just a block away, so anyone who wants to spend the day in the sun can easily run back and forth from the house for food or refreshments. Neskowin Marsh Golf Course is also just a block away to practice your swing, as well as wander around the beautiful greenery and creeks. Neskowin has a few options for eating and drinking, but the larger coastal towns of Pacific City and Lincoln City are each within about a 30 minute drive! On the top floor, the living area is gorgeous with a stone fireplace, high ceilings, and tons of room to spread out and enjoy the ocean views. The kitchen is stunning with huge windows and modern amenities like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fresh tiling under your feet. There are two dining tables with room for 16 people, as well as a deck with a gas grill and more views. Downstairs there are four beautiful bedrooms, each with modern furniture and bright natural lighting. The master has a king-size bed and a second bedroom has a queen. The last two bedrooms have space for several more people - one has a double bed with twin bunk above it and a twin trundle below, and the other has a full and the same twin-over-double-bunk with a trundle. There are also two full bathrooms on this level. On the first floor you'll find a large L-shaped couch, flatscreen TV with an Xbox, desk, and tons of adult and children's board games. There's also a pull-out couch for another queen-size bed. There's also WiFi, a private washer/dryer, a hot tub, and a heated outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet! The family dog is also welcome to join you for an additional nightly fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
