Welcome to Port City Place! Kick back & relax in this cozy space. Modern new home located in downtown Wilmington, but yet still quiet & private. Any One Tree Hill fans out there? Enjoy your view of an iconic scene:) Free private parking & walking distance to breweries, coffee, cocktail bars, restaurants, shopping & more! Only minutes from Riverfront. Short drive to local beaches (Wrightsville Beach & Carolina Beach). Smart TV & fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, cookware, etc.
