This two bedroom two and a half bath new listing on Harbor Island, is just steps away from the pool and beach. The villa is located on the second floor of the E Building at Cedar Reef. Once inside the villa the kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath are located on the first floor. The bedrooms are upstairs, the master bedroom has a King Bed and Smart TV with a private bathroom. The Upstairs guestroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. There is a full size washer and dryer in the villa. New wireless internet was recently installed which has adequate speeds to run multiple video streaming platforms a once. Our Villa is a great location to work remotely. Hunting Island State Park is only 1 mile away, with a beautiful beach, miles of forestland, fishing pier with equipment rental, and a lighthouse with breathtaking views. Beaufort, the most charming coastal town in America, is only 15 miles away, Savannah is 45 miles away, and Charleston is 70 miles away. Once on Harbor Island you have full access to the Beach and Racquet Club which offers a pool, kiddie pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball court and exercise facilities.

Harbor Island is a peaceful, gated community located 14 miles (22 km) east of Beaufort, South Carolina. It has three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation playground unlike any other. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
