Beautiful brand-new 2-bedroom home with modern finishes and a warm, cozy feel. Centrally located near Abbott & Dimond, you're minutes from restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, Fred Meyers, and Carrs. Enjoy an open-concept layout, spacious living areas, plush new carpet, stainless steel appliances, a modern bathroom, a large Samsung washer and dryer, and a spacious, fully fenced yard offering privacy and a relaxing outdoor space.
I’m a proud born-and-raised Alaskan with 40+ years running a thriving landscaping, construction, and snowplow business. I also manage long-term rentals across Anchorage and host a couple of top-rated Airbnb properties.
