Brand new construction, fully-equipped cottage house central to everything in downtown Mobile (6-blocks from the heart of the entertainment district). Additionally, the house is central to 165 and I-10...perfect stop on the way to the beach! Not to mention, this is the perfect house for Mardi Gras...parade route is blocks away! Do you need more space, reserve the brand new house next door! Both would be perfect for families or friends traveling together!
We will interact as much or as little as you would like! Need recommendations on things to do or restaurants, we're here!
This property is located in the downtown circle and is within walking distance to many of the fun things downtown has to offer. Nestled right on the edge of De Tonti Square historic district, this area has seen significant redevelopment and continues to grow. We built three of these houses and renovated our office on the corner, and we will continue to invest heavily in this area!
