Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium / flat in quiet cul-de-sac community (comfortably sleeps up to 7). Two separate laptop friendly workspace areas for remote workers. 65” Samsung Smart TV with Roku in living room with leather reclining sofa and chair to watch the big games and or movies. Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster oven, dishwasher, and laundry area. Master bedroom includes a cozy king bed with two seating areas and a desk. Bedroom 2 includes a semi-firm queen bed and desk. Bedroom 3 includes a bunk bed with trundle, a wall-mounted tv, and sitting area. Ceiling fans are in all rooms and both tubs in baths have secondary handheld shower heads.
8 minute walk to Memorial Park. 20 minute walk to Five-Points shops / restaurants. 2.5 miles to the UGA stadium. 8 minute drive to downtown. 5 minute drive to GA Botanical Gardens.
