This ideal location is in the heart of the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach, just steps away from the sand and a stroll down the boardwalk. Cast a line off the pier, surf the waves, or enjoy the restaurants and nightlife in this centrally located 3 bedroom/2 bath house with private patio and garage parking. Must be 25 years of age to rent and a 2 night minimum stay required.
Fun, outgoing, loves sunsets, rock gardens, surf, family and dogs. Ready to make your stay a memorable experience.
