Charming 3 bedroom home within a half mile of the beach. large outdoor entertaining area, perfect for families vacationing/traveling together. this home has been renovated has new carpet and tile, windows, light fixtures, etc. Wifi, beach chairs, beach cooler and wagon, boogie boards, surf boards,beach toys, outdoor area has a Weber grill, sun shade, large dinning table hot tub, Sauna, ocean views.
I am available and just next door if needed, tenants can call for assistance but you are left alone to your own devices.
Quiet, older neighborhood at the end of quite Cul-de-sac. The property is 1/2 mile from the beach, around one mile from the transit center, where you can catch the coaster, the Surfliner, or buses. Uber and lyft as well as cab service is available at the home
