With sleeping space for 8 and ideal for outdoor entertaining, make yourself at home where you can enjoy the serenity of Keuka Lake from your own private dock set up for maximal relaxation. Whether you are jumping off the dock, having lunch at the outdoor picnic table, enjoying your favorite beverage overlooking the glassy waters, cuddling up by a lakeside fire pit, taking a spin on the available paddle board or lake kayak, or a boating enthusiast out for the day and storing your boat on the available private boat lift (V Hull only, no pontoons), there is something for everyone to do! When the day on the water is over, play some games or watch a movie in the cozy living space or snuggle up on the patio open to and overlooking the lake at night. Close to Penn Yan run into town easily or enjoy dozens of local vineyards, Seneca Falls ice cream, or a wide variety of local restaurants/bars. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
