This new 1 bed, 1 bath condo is gorgeous! Big private balcony with fire pit and seating to enjoy the ocean view and sounds. New appliances throughout, includes all-in-one washer/dryer, plus air conditioning. When not dining out at the many fantastic restaurants nearby, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen to create your favorite foods. The bedroom has a king bed, large closets and quiet seating area. The living room sofa folds out to a new queen bed. 2 big screen TV's, foosball table and beach gear!
