The fine print
Check-in Policies - Upon arrival, you may check-in in-person at the front desk. Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 a.m. on your scheduled departure date. The lobby is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All entrance doors to the hotel will be locked from 6pm to 6am, a code is needed to gain entry to the Hotel after hours. This code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Guests under 21 are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult. No refund is available for early departures once you have checked in.
Parking Policies - You will receive 1 parking pass at check-in.
Pet Policy - We welcome small dogs in select pet-friendly rooms and designated floors. Advance notice is required for guests traveling with pets. Dogs only. Cats, birds, reptiles, and other animals are not permitted. Limit two dogs per room. Weight limit: 40 lbs. per dog.
Restricted breeds include: Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, American or Miniature Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Husky. Other breed restrictions may apply.
Pet Fees: $25 per day, per pet. This fee is collected by the front desk at check-in.
Dogs must be leashed in public areas and are not permitted in pool areas. If left unattended in guest rooms, we recommend using a pet carrier. Additional policies may apply—please contact the property directly for any special circumstances. ADA service animals are always welcome.
Smoking Policies - This property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind—including cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or other substances—is not permitted in guest rooms, on balconies, or in any public areas of the property. Violations will result in a cleaning fee charged to the room account and may lead to eviction.
