Hooked on Islamorada is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront townhome on the Atlantic side of the Florida Keys — designed for guests who want direct water access, not just a view of it. The private dock is the centerpiece: tie up your boat, watch the sunrise over open water, or arrange a charter pickup steps from your door. The home spans approximately 2,100 square feet across three levels. Three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and central air conditioning. The open living area connects to an outdoor space facing the ocean. The community pool is steps away. The property sleeps up to 7 guests and is pet-friendly (up to 2 pets). Two reserved parking spaces are included. Thoughtfully curated throughout — the goal was a home that feels like a proper retreat, not a rental.

Islamorada bills itself as the Sport Fishing Capital of the World — and it delivers. Mile Marker 84 puts you in the heart of the village, with direct Atlantic access and some of the best flats and offshore fishing in the Keys within minutes of the dock. The area draws anglers, divers, and anyone who wants a genuine Florida Keys experience without the crowds of Key West. Theater of the Sea is nearby. Anne's Beach — one of the best natural beaches in the Keys — is a short drive south. Reef diving and snorkeling access is excellent along this stretch of the coast. On land: Islamorada has a strong dining scene for its size. Lorelei Restaurant and Cabana Bar sits on the bay and is a local institution. Lazy Days, Green Turtle Inn, and Islamorada Fish Company are all worth a visit. The village center has provisions, tackle shops, and charter operators within a few miles in either direction. The pace here is slow by design. Quiet roads, open water, and a community that takes the sunset seriously.
